Using the classic German trainer design as a prototype, the outsole was recreated from a historic plaster statue. The irregular cuts of each part reflect that image, and the three-dimensional feel of an old-fashioned plaster sculpture, which is handcrafted one pair at a time, are expressed through a spraying process to create a unique and innovative design. The sole is lighter than it looks, softer, and more resilient than it looks, and is comfortable to wear.
